4 Simple Yoga Poses to Practice on Your Lunch Break

Sitting Pose: is a simple pose, perfect for slowing down the mind. The spine, neck, and back of the head are all aligned. Rest hands in a way that feels comfortable for you. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.

Knees To Chest Pose: Lie on your back and bring bent knees in toward the chest. Grasp hands on top of shins or under knees - whichever feels more comfortable. Slowly draw knees into chest, relax your shoulders and tailbone. Breathe deeply.

Cat Cow Pose: Begin on all fours in tabletop position. As you inhale slowly arch your back, pull your shoulder blades back and look up. As you exhale round your back, pull your navel up and drop your head.

Upward Facing Dog: Begin lying flat on your mat with hands by your shoulders. Inhale and slowly press into your hands and straighten your arms, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Press your chest forward and the tops of your feet into the floor. Exhale to lower and repeat.
